Source. Analysis run v7, the run of record: median-depth threshold 2, skew cut 0.05, peaks at LOD 5 with an interval that extends until LOD falls by 10% of the summit, 20 kb floor, 200 kb cap. Smoothed traces are averaged into 2 kb bins for display; grey points are reads pooled over the same bins. The trace is the alternate parent's allele frequency, so 0 is BBQ fixed and 1 is the alternate parent fixed.

Thresholds. The dashed red lines mark the smallest shift that reached LOD 5 in that pool. LOD here ranks positions within a pool; it is not a calibrated genome-wide significance level, and lines are not comparable between pools.
